The Lagos state government under the leadership of Gov Raji Fashola was indeed satisfy with the level of compliance by motorist during the maiden edition of the HORN FREE DAY held in Lagos yesterday
Although the government did not record absolute compliance as some motorist violated the directive in some part of Lagos.
However the main purpose of this exercise was to sensitize the members of the public on the harm noise pollution can cause in the environment.
