'My uncle has been sleeping with mesince 2013' 12yr old girl reveals

Anthony Wayas (pictured left) a resident of Finima community in Bonny LGA of Rivers State has been accused by his 12 year old niece of having sex with her since 2013, Tribune reports.
Anthony, who is the brother to the girl's father took responsibility for her after her father passed away when she was just a year old. By the time she turned 12, he started having sex with her. His evil act came to light on Monday April 21 after the girl told her neighbour what her uncle was doing to her. The neighbour then told another neighbor who told the youth leader in the community and Anthony was accosted in his home where he was badly beaten and had to be rescued by the police. Continue...

Narrating what happened to Tribune, the little girl said"Uncle Anthony is a father to me. He is my father’s brother. My father is dead and my mother is in our village at Adamawa State, married to another man now. I don’t go to school. I finished Primary 6 and was supposed to start JSS1 but I was not sent to secondary school by my uncle. I usually stay at home to do house chores. I would then take my cousins to school and come back home to work. I would go back to the school in the afternoon to pick them. My Uncle started sleeping with me in 2013. How it happened was that he would leave for work in the morning and come back in the afternoon while his wife is away at work where she works as a cleaner. He would take the children to the big room, asking them to stay there, and would take me to the small room. He would remove my pant and push me on the bed. He would then remove his trousers and bring out his manhood. He would then put it inside me and sleep with me. I can’t count the number of times it has happened. When I told the wife, she threatened to return me to our village. On Saturday, April19, my uncle asked me to mix hot and cold water for him to take his bath. He took the bucket to the bathroom and asked me to bring his sponge to him. As I took the sponge to him, he dragged me into the bathroom and had sex with me. There were people in the house but he warned me not to shout. The following morning, I told one woman in our compound. She, in turn, told someone and when the person interviewed me, he called in the Finima youths. I am surprised that my uncle is denying.” she said

Anthony denied the accusation made by the little girl saying he has suffered erectal dysfunctional for a long time due to a sexually transmitted disease he suffered sometime ago.

"I am surprised at what she said that I was having sex with her because it is not true. I have a problem with my manhood which has resulted in my inability to make love to a woman. I have not been experiencing erection at all. I was told by my doctor that it was caused by syphilis that I once had. He said the sexually transmitted disease was not well treated when I had it. It also resulted in my having zero sperm in my semen which the doctor said would not make me have a baby. I was given Proviron to boost my sperm count.” he said.

Anthony's wife, who the girl accused as an accomplice, says her husband has sexual challenges and that Karen never told her ofher husband's sexual advances

"We have been married for 14 years but, initially, my husband had low sperm count. He married another woman after me but we got pregnant at the same time after several prayers. I have a child and the other woman has two. She has left and I am the one taking care of her children withmine. Karen is my husband’s niece. She came to us after her father died and she was just about a year old then. I am confused about the whole issue because my husband had been having weak erection for over a year and had not been able to make love to me. We sought medical help and the doctor recommendedsome drugs. Since the drugs are expensive, we have resorted to prayers. I am not defending my husband but I don’t understand how he was able to have sexual relationship with the girl with his current condition. And Karen did not informme as she claimed. If she did, I would haveadmitted it,” the wife said.

Deputy Police Public Relations Officer in Rivers State, Grace Iringe-Koko confirmed the incident and says investigation is currently going on and if he is found guilty, he would be charged to court.

Young Girl Found Under A Police Officer's Bed Tied Up In Lagos

This man policeman, Augustine Gbuchenge, Force No.400823, lived in the same compound with Amarachi’s family. But how come she ended up under the bed in his room? Here's Amarachi father's revelations:

“Last Thursday, I returned from work around 7.30pm and met my children and wife outside. There was power failure on that day so everywhere was dark. I asked after Amarachi but my wife said she was probably in our apartment sleeping.

“I was not satisfied with this explanation because my children don’t usually sleep early. When I went up, I did not see my daughter so we started asking around.Some little children in the compound then told me that Gbuchenge had called my daughter earlier to help him buy akara.

“I went to the policeman’s room to challenge him but he denied seeing my daughter so we continued looking everywhere. After sometime, the whole compound got involved in the search and all clues pointed to the policeman”...

Amarachi's father, Mr Patrick, told Punch that he and the other neighbours challenged Gbuchenge again and an argument ensued. He said Gbuchenge immediately stood up and threatened to goand tell his colleagues at the Ketu Police Division that he was being wrongly accused of abduction.

“Some moments later, I also stood up and headed for the police station to go and report the matter thinking I would meet the policeman there as well but I did not. After reporting the case, a police corporal accompanied me back to my house,” Patrick said.

When they returned to the house, policeman Gbuchenge was nowhere to be found and his room was locked.

“We were able to beam a torchlight through his window where we saw my daughter’s legs pointing out from under the bed,” Patrick said.

Neighbours were said to have rallied around and broken Gbuchenge’s door open. When the girl was pulled out from under the bed, she was bound by her hands and feet with a piece of cloth stuffed in her mouth.

The young girl, Amarachi was said to have been bleeding profusely as she had sustained a broken skull.

She was taken to Gbagada General Hospital but due to the severity, was referred to Lagos Island Hospital.

Narrating her ordeal, Amarachi said, “On that day, he (Gbuchenge) asked me to buy akara for him. After I returned, my mum asked me to go upstairs to do the dishes. As I was going, the man pulled me from behind and took me into his room.

“He then tied me up. He did not rape me. After sometime, my parents started shouting my name and calling me, the policeman used an iron to hit me in the head repeatedly and then pushed me under the bed and used clothes to cover me. Under the bed, I saw little children’s clothes.

“He then turned on his generator so that even if I tried to shout, no one would hear. After sometime, he left. I continued to hear my father’s voice and I struggled to push my leg from under the bed. That was how they saw me and rescued me.

”Amara described the policeman as a very friendly person who usually bought sweets and biscuits for children in the compound. She said she was surprised that he would do such a thing.

Surprisingly, the strange Policeman has disappeared. MOPOL 22, where he claims he works has denied ever knowing anybody with the name -Augustine Gbuchenge. Police say they are on top of the situation.

Parents, please be careful who you allow your daughters run errands for, we are living in strange times.

Woman kills her own new born child because he looked like her ex-boyfriend

18-year-old Ana Rosa Mora (pictured above) has been arrested for killing her own child because the the new born looked like her ex-boyfriend. Ana wrapped her baby in a bag and left him outside to die because she feared the child looked like her ex-boyfriend and her current boyfriend would leave her.

The Chicago Tribune reports that the teen gave birth last weekend and attended school on Monday after allegedly committing the act and even showed staff members pictures of a newborn girl that she claimed she downloaded from the Internet.

But after employees noticed strange behavior - such as the girl asking if authorities could link her to the child through DNA and lying about the baby's age - they alerted authorities. Continue...

The child had been found by a constructionworker a few hours after the child was left outside. The boy was born alive but died of asphyxia and possible exposure, authorities said.

The new mother said her ex-boyfriend was the father and when the child was born she feared her current boyfriend would notice and leave her, the newspaper reported.
She was arrested Friday April 25th.


Mora, who was scheduled to graduate from high school in June and attend college in the fall is facing charges of first-degree murder and is now being held on $500,000 bail.

Armed robbers Invade Osun State University female Hostels And Rape Students

A 32 year-old woman, Rahman Raliat, has been arraigned before a Tinubu Magistrate’s Court, Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, for allegedly stabbing her co-tenant, Sulaimon Jamiu with a broken bottle on his head, face and head over a bathroom key. Raliat, a resident of Prince Abolaji Avenue, Imolete, Alaga, Baba Adisa Village, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos, was arrested by the police at Elemoro Division, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos and charged on a count charge of felony to wit, stabbing occasioning grievous bodily harm.According to the police, trouble began between the two tenants when Raliat allegedly went to collect the bathroom key from a co-tenant (a woman) inside Jamiu’s apartment. It was reported that Jamiu was not pleased that Raliat came to his apartment to ask for the key and accused her of monitoring his visitor. When Jamiu challenged Raliat, an argument ensued between them which led to a fight during which the accused allegedly went for a bottle, broke it and stabbed the victim on his head, face and hand.Raliat allegedly fled after committing the alleged offence but after three days she was arrested at a hideout and charged to court.The offence, the police prosecutor, Inspector I. Okeke said, contravened Section 243 of the Criminal Code of Lagos State, 2011.The accused, however pleaded not guilty to the charge and the presiding magistrate Y. R. Pinheiro admitted her on bail with the sum of N50, 000 with two sureties in like sum.The accused was, however, taken to Kirikiri Prisons, Apapa, Lagos State, pending when she will fulfill the bail condition.The matter was adjourned till 5 May, 2014 for mention.
